What We Do
The Polite Applause are a Newbury-based quartet specialising in 90’s and 00’s Pop Punk, Rock, and Indie. Our members are nationally established professional musicians spanning genres from rock/pop through to classical and musical theatre.
Formed in 2022 as a side project, we quickly became known for engaging, well-crafted shows with songs played true to the record.
As the name suggests, we take our music far more seriously than we take ourselves.
